New Year’s body goal resolutions seem easier to keep when the weather outside is warm and sunny! However being in the Northern hemisphere does have it’s perks.
One big advantage is:
Anything we start with now; is absolutely going to give us the results we want in time for us to feel ready to pose for beach photos!
How nice will it be to not have to worry about what we could wear come Summer? How great will it be to dress for the weather? Rather than how we feel we need to cover up?
I mean wear what you want to wear. For you! For your own comfort and freedom. It is what makes us feel good that is important.
